  • These revised rates will apply regardless of when you made your reservation or when you paid for your stay.

At HOTEL RINGS KYOTO, the accommodation tax is already fully included in the total price you see when booking. Therefore, you will not be asked to pay this tax separately at check-in or check-out, even after the new rates take effect in March 2026.

This means:

  • The price you book already covers all city taxes
  • You won’t receive a separate tax charge at check-in
  • You can continue to enjoy your stay without unexpected fees

We remain committed to providing a transparent and comfortable experience from booking to arrival, and we look forward to welcoming you to Kyoto.

※ Further details about the accommodation tax revision can be found on the official Kyoto City website.
